Refund Policy

Returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be made by colissimo.

In order to obtain a refund, it is necessary to first make your return request to after-sales service (with your first and last name as well as your order number) to the following address: eisserah.sav@hotmail.com

We remind you that sale items are only refunded in the form of POSITIVE valid for the entire store. Items in the “LAST CHANCE” category are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Once your request has been confirmed by us, you can send us your return to the address that we will communicate to you by email. Returns are also possible at the showroom and will be subject to a credit available throughout the store.

In view of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days to withdraw. After this period, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to make a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition (with accessories, packaging, and labels that must not have been removed) as well as your order number.

Items must not be soiled or damaged.

The risks of returns remain your responsibility, so no reimbursement can be made when the company is not responsible (example: theft, loss of package, return to sender, damage following delivery, etc. )

Refunds (excluding delivery costs) are made immediately after verification of the conformity of the items and the legal deadline. They generally appear within 10 to 14 days depending on the banks.

Concerning packages that have not been collected on time at a relay point, they will be reimbursed in the form of a credit (excluding delivery costs) available on the entire site once returned and received by our care.
